Polywomble or Poliwomble

The polywomble or poliwomble gallery. This page will be dedicated to those politicians wandering aimlessly through life attempting to recycle tired old policies and repurpose them in the 21st C. Attempting to sell us new ideas that are actually very old. Case in point the Victorian approaches to education evident in Wales and beyond.

The urban dictionary has many definitions of 'womble' and we will attempt to add one more over time.

Our first nomination for POLIWOMBLE...

Carwyn Jones Labour and Welsh First Minister
Mr Jones has given us this gem ... on referring to Cymraeg "it as much part of Wales as the mountains and rivers themselves." Jones 2015

So, because Cymraeg is such a treasure we must force it upon all children. Tactics as old as colonialism. The funny thing is it conjurs up images of the dinosaurs running around with the druids organising the monthly sacrifice of leeks and daffodils.
