Hatred is horrible

Here is evidence of the hate being spread in Wales. This person also extols the virtues of Plaid Cymru. I genuinely feel sorry for such people who feel the need to spread such intolerance. It is disgusting that such people are free to present their perspectives in such a way.

A bilingual anthem for Wales would be vehemently opposed by such haters, yet the world has moved on and tolerance and diversity is celebrated elsewhere except in some parts of Wales.

Now these bigots would have their reasons, but for a nation like South Africa to confront and deal with this issue and deal with it successfully is inspirational. Rhos Colin is not one of those inspirational people. His world is full of resentment and disappointment.

Wales has been anglicised and so has much of the world. Some claim this is a bad thing, others not so. Many people living in Wales can celebrate the bygone days of history WITHOUT feeling the need to reinstate the past. Communities come and go, it is not the responsibility of government to maintain all communities especially when those communities are not economically viable.

However, people like Rhos can not be left unchallenged and left to fanaticise another generation of Welsh people.

A bilingual anthem is inexorable.
